BIG BOY WESTRAND are cheats

I brought my scooter to them for the clutch to be repaired. Which was done. I had bought a new battery in Oct2012. Since getting it back we have had problem with the battery. As a last resort w took it back to the supplier which inform me that it was not his battery and it had been replaced with an old worn out one. Went back to BIG BOY and was told NOT THEIR PROBLEM. even when I told them they were the only one to work on the bike it was just " DO WHAT YOU WANT" it sounds like they have had this before. I'm disgusted at their total lack of caring and taking responsibility. They did not have to touch the battery yet after they had the bike I have a old worn out battery. Their answer " your word against mine" with a big smile on his face!!!
