Car damaged

I bought a new Hundai I 20 from Tata Springs, only find out that the bell is not working and the safety belt, and after some days I relise that when the is in motion or when i stop at the robots or stop sign there is a sound in the car as if i am bumping something. I went back to the dealer, they said i should take it to their warehose in Nigel. They could fix it and went back to the dealer, they've send me to onother warehouse in kempton park, where they gave me appointment of the 29 July, so was no one to send it there, i had to take it to the dealer so that they can send it. In the afternoon when going to fetch the car i was told that i will get in some few days, so i asked that meanwhile they should borrow me onother car, because i am using the car to work and they refused. The car is only two months at has been fixed twice but nothing happend now is the third time, how long i am gona survive with this car that is fixed while is still new. What suprises me how did the car pass the test with such situation. May you please help me with this regard
