Unhappy with unprofessional conduct

I bought a Mitsubishi ASX on the 8th of February 2013, three weeks later the car I traded in is still not settled. The debit order of the traded in vehicle is going off tomorrow :(. The temporary permit on my new vehicle expires today. I should have known what I was getting myself into when I had to chase the sales agent to eventually get my contract ready. Oh did I mention that halfway into the purchase discussions, the sales agent changed? And of course I discovered this when I was not hearing anything from anyone for a few days.

If I had a penny for every phone call message I left, with nobody bothering to return my call...

Oh yes and the dealership was not even nice enough to give me petrol to make it home :(

Just so disappointed.
