Fitting of new Tyres includes alignment

On 2.07.13 i phoned the supplier and enquired about their prices for certain tyres. The owner gave me a price which he said included fitting, balancing as well as alignment. When the tyres was fitted and i enquired about the alignment, he said it was not included. I have never fitted new tyres where alignment was not automatically included. Cost of alignment varies between R 200.00 and R 250.00 and i now have this extra cost.
