Tyres Faulty and refused to replace

I replaced 4 tyres in Nov 2012 with new Pirelli tyres. Since then my car had serious vibration on the steering wheel and in general it did not feel stable. I visited the fitment centre 3X since then and every time was told the balancing was fine. In July I finally took it to Eikestad Motors. They reported that 2 tyres were hopping (both on the left hand side) and as a result of that, are wearing off unevenly. When I took this report to the fitment centre the Pirelly rep (Eugene) took a week to respond, then only to do tests that are irrelevant to the complaint and refused to replace the tyres even though the tyres are still under warranty. After numerous calls to their head office, I am still waiting for Gavin to "investigate and revert".
