Remove Credit Bureux Judgement

Dear Sir/Madam

I use to have an absa credit card and it was handed over to RL daily attorneys, i made an arrangement and i've paid and settled the amount owed before 20th March 2013 ; i then received a letter from Absa on the 4th April 2013 that the account has been settled in full,

Since then i've been send from pillar to post as i'm asking for a removal from ITC as my name is still having a judgement, and i was promised that it will be removed but its still like that on the credit report, made lot of calls to Absa and im kept on hold and promises, finally they gave me an email address of the person responsible for removals the persons name is Cathy Vermaak but the emai address i was given keeps bouncing back when i call i'm told that shes on leave or not available.

It is frustrating cause Absa lawyers were harrasing me everymonth now the account is paid the lawyers are saying they are no longer involve absa is responsible, i'm trying to buy a house and im told that my records have judgement.

Please assist as i dont know what to do anymore.
