Corsa Essentia was sold to me in October 2012 by Fabian Walker.

In December 2012, i took the car for a service as it was on 30 000kms, only to find out the car could not be serviced as i did not drive 15 000 kms yet after the 1st service.

I was shocked as was not informed when i purchased the car that the 1st service was serviced 5 000km later than it was supposed to and this resulting in me loosing 5000km of my service plan.

In January 2013 i received a call to rate the vehicle as it was 3 months after buying the car. On this day i informed the consultant that i was not satisfied as was not informed about the late car service, i spoke to the person that was "standing in" for Fabian as he was on leave until February 2013. This person promised me he will follow up and get back to me on the same day.
Up until today i have not received feedback from the "stand in " person or Fabian Walker.

Very dissatisfied.
