No one at office and Bad attitude from Daniel

On Sat 23-03-13 @ 09h15, i went to the branch and found no one at the branch, the openining hours on the outside says they open at 8am. i called the after hour number 0842341134 and a guy answered, i told him am here to dropoff a car and there is no one at the office, he said listen baba, what are you there for, i said for service, and i ask what time they start, he said is non of my business what time they start and i should just tell him what am there for, i told him am dropping off a car, thats when he told me to just drop the keys off @ a key drop hole. I told him last time i was picking up a car i had to wait for more than 2hours, as there was no one at their office, he told me not to tell him about last time, as they have a lot of car pickingup and drop off to do, and i told him why shouldnt i, as i am a concerned customer, he was very rude, and i ask for his name and he told me his name is not important, and then told me to drop the keys and fockoff then hanged up, i then called the national number 0115523900 to complain, the lady redirected me to the same guy, thats when i got his name. Daniel, please take this guy to customer care courses.
