Avis rips you off when they have your Credit Card

I took delivery of a rental car at PE Airport and was advised verbally (Witnessed) by JUDY that there would be a "One way drop off charge of R 450.00 when I returned the car to Hatfield in Pretoria". When I dropped the car off I asked for an Invoice for the drop off fee as would need to claim this from my insurance, and was told that the invoice could only be done on Monday and I would be e mailed the copy.By Wednesday I had not received the Invoice so I called and was told that R 924.81 was charged to my Credit Card an that this was made up of:- R666.67 DROP OFF FEE - R93.34 VAT ON FEE - R164.80 FUEL (Even though I completely filled the car 5 min from their office and supplied the petrol slip. TOTAL R924.81. After being brushed off at the Hatfield Branch I phoned MONICA at "Customer Care on Thursday 7th Nov and was told she would come back to me. NO CALL. I again phoned Cust care and spoke to Mandla on 11th Nov who also promised to get back to me. NO CALL and today is Wednesday 13th at 9.00pm. All I want is my overcharge back and someone needs to confirm with Judy that I was quoted R450.00 drop off which became part of the contract entered into by both parties. WE TRY HARDER???
