Unreliable bike

I bought a spitzer in may this year and was really impressed with customer service. When my bike got to 1500km, things started to go wrong. like the brakes and gears and battery. Every morning i would have to run it down a hill to get it started. While i was riding, it was very temperamental, some days it would just cut out at 60km/hour or have the gear jump out of 5th into neutral. Once it had cut out i would have to wait at least 30 min before running it down a hill to get it started. It was not reliable, and i bought this brand new and took it for a service at 500km.

I tried to do my license in October and failed due to me falling over because my gear jumped out from 3rd into neutral and couldn't get it back in. I took it for a service and told them all the problems of which they said they would fix everything. Two weeks later i went for my license again, this time i failed due to road-worthiness. My bike would just not start. They brakes are still not fixed either.

I took the bike back to hatfield, They said they would fix it free of charge. My problem is, I don't want the back anymore due to reliability.

I would like to ask you if you could buy it back from me?
