Poor Customer Service

My car has gone in for repairs (Hail Damage) on the 11th February 2013. When I dropped my car at the panel beaters they informed me that they will send an sms to informed me when car is ready for collection. After 2 weeks received no sms. I keep on phoning them dailyn to follow up on the progress of repairs. I keep on comminicating to Lizette, Gerald and Martinus. they keep on telling me they are busy with clients, so what am I. I am also a client and would like them to tell me what is happining with my car. The Insurance called them and they told the insurance my car would be ready on the 15th March, but still it is now the 22nd of March and my car is till not ready
