False advertising! Parcel too 3 days longer!

Hello there
On Friday, 15 March 2013 I went to PnP Hypermarket in Woodmead to send a parcel via Berco Express to Louis Trighard. The lady at the counter informed me that the parcel will be delivered on the 18th of March 2013.

As I am currently travling in Africa, I did not have the reference nr on me, I left this at home so could not track the parcel on your website. I did manage to get in contact with you call centre that could not really assist as I did not have the tracking nr.

I eventually managed to get this today, and noted that the parcel will only be delivered today (hopefully). Why has this taken 1 week to happen?

I will definately not use your services again! Don't advertise next day delivery (or 3 day delivery) and then take 1 week, not acceptable!
