I must say not everything in life runs in a smooth way. I have my share of compliants made through to the company but I must say I have been receving prompt responses. The company's website where one has to upload pictures on has its difficulties but I must say if you upload your pictures at the last moment you are bound to panick and not succeed as their website is perheps crowded on the last day or hour of the deadline. I once though my pics where not loading but continued loading them anyway, then at the end decided to go n view where i found out they were loaded even though I received a message sayig pics not uploaded successfully. I advice the people to upload on the 2-4 day just to allow themselves time to notice differences. I do recommend them, becuase if it wasnt for them I would not be driving a car at all becuase I cannot afford one. I brought the car with them in December 2011 and have been recieving my rebate since then except for one month were one pic didnt display a date, which was my mistake not theirs. Lets give a company a break. If you dnt trust them stay away from them, but you are loosing out.
