FAKE WINNER SELECTED WHO DID NOT PARTICIPATE

This competition was run on FB and Twitter. The competition STATED that we must share and comment to increase our chance of winning and MOST IMPORTANTLY, take a pic instore and upload it on FB, .
So i really advertised for Bogart because i uploaded so many pics!
Only a handful uploaded pics and a handful commented.
This "WINNER" only started commenting now but her profile is as fake as her.
No activity!!! and only after we complained, she appears.
Thats weird! Also, i did not see this "winner" comment or share any pics nor did she upload any pics.i am very dissapointed and i am very upset!
This person appeared out of no where and did not participate in this competition
