I have tried to upload data on my phone. I wanted to upload 2 GB of data an instead by accident i have pressed 2 witch were 10 GB for R 1400.00. when i saw that i have made that mistake i immediately phoned customer care telling them my mistake. The Lady were very Friendly and told me that she will remove it and then i asked her if she could upload me 2 GB instead. i were relay happy about the service then. In the end of December i have discovered that the 10 GB Have been activated back to my account again. Then i phoned the Call Center again. This time i have been speaking to a man (very unfriendly). I told him what my problem were. He replied to me that i have already used some of the 10 GB that is why they have charged me. I then told him this is not true and that the lady did upload 2 GB instead. He then logged in a report AGAIN. I then received a sms stating they will deal with my request after the 3rd of January. Up to date nobody has phoned me or dealt with my request. I have been charged for in on my bill, but haven't received it??? I have phoned AGAIN!!! NOTING YET!!! I think Vodacom does not care at all. They are milking their customers. Never again.
