I Bought a BMW 325I E90 Engine but never received

On the 02nd of July 2012 I bought an Engine (BMW 325i E90) from Wolfsburg Auto Salvage FOR R25 000.00 but still to date (20/03/2013) have never received it. I have been calling everyday to get my refund without success, I am always told that they (Faizel) are waiting for the bank loan to be approved so that they can refund me. these is now the ninth month and my car is still without an engine.
