AVIS driver caused my accident and now they ignore

The claims department at AVIS is pathetic! A person driving with a AVIS car drove into my car, causing almost R 30, 000 worth of damage and now AVIS keeps on ignoring my calls and never replies to my e-mails. Can someone please assist me with this as I am not going to leave this unanswered. The person that worked the 'case' at AVIS is Lee Stone. Looking forward to hearing from anyone at AVIS!
