Poor & terrible service and actually untrustworthy

My car was booked in with them on the 25 Feb 2013 and I until today there is nothing positive that they can tell me about the progress on my car.
I am entirely disappointed with their service and every time I call them to enquire about the progress I am told my vehicle is currently in the Paint Preparation Bay.
I have been told that my vehicle is currently in the Paint Preparation Bay since 11 Mar 2013 and now after 8 days they still tell me the same thing.
I see their many complains about their service and they still don't improve. Whenever I call them I am transferred from some person to another and even told that they will come back to me without honoring their promise. I have two days left on my courtesy car and they told me that they can't give me their courtesy car.
What kind of company is this one? I am actually sick and tired of their bad service. The service like these is truly unacceptable.
But I guess they will continue providing bad service as usual.
