Renault Poor and Incompetent Service

Bought Renault Sandero from Pta North Branch - 3 yrs ago. Remote locking worked sporadically from beginning. Took to Pta N - treated me like I had overactive imagination. Changed to Menlyn Branch. Reported fault - told they could only check if it was not working at the time. Broke completely - took back - could not fix. 2nd time fixed - could only unlock driver door - no-one discussed with me. When car in for service - reported - told me it fixed - still only driver door. Told me common problem. Checked at centre - complained - agent said he thought it was new safety feature??? Told to come back next afternoon when technician in. Checked car for more than hour, said needed new part from France. Still not fixed, did not know what to do. Ate my Beechies (very rude). Phoned - car in for day - same result. Told needed other part. Car in for 2 days - far fixed. Car radio dead (first time ever). Return car immediately - they phone 30 min later - radio OK. Fetch car - remote works - clock 13 min fast. Yesterday 1-2 months later - remote dead. Worst service in world - incompetent, negligent, rude, uninformed, uncaring. Do not care about quality of their work or customers.
