Overcharged by this company

I requested removal services from this company and they sent confirmation and they told me that they will pick up the things between 8-10. The driver then arrived at 8'oclock at pick and had to wait for someone to open for him and now they are charging me R570 yet their contract says the R570 will ber paid only if the driver has to wait for cash payment when off loading! No where does it say a person will be liable for payment if there's no one there at 8. They gave me an interval of 8-10 and same people are charging me even though its picked up within that time. Talk about unethical business practices as they just sent an email saying they won't deliver my things if I don't pay the R570.
