Sanrose Autobody Repair Centre
The only thing that they got right was the bill!

BEWARE: Sanrose Autobody's fancy website and reception area are a facade which hides what has to be the most incompetant company in the industry.

To summarise:
- They lost the boot mat. A month later, I still have no bootmat.
- They messed up the chrome beading on the side of the car. Still waiting for them to fix it.
- It took a email to the MD to get Samantha to book my car in.
- Despite the email to the MD, I never EVER got anyone to phone me back, despite many promises that they would.
- It took 4 months from the initial quote to getting my car back.

In short, avoid this company like the plague. They have obviously grown fast, but they have not increased their staff to deal with the extra business. As a result, you have to nag them every step of the way to get anything done. Rather go with an insurer like Danmar, who actually seem to to genuinely sort out mistakes.

Dealing with Sanrose was as fun as having my leg amputated without anesthetic. If you are ever tempted to use them, rip off one of your fingernails with pliers to get some idea of the world of pain that you are letting yourself in for.
