After some terrible dealings with sales, our things finally arrived two days late. Even though the person who we dealt with in sales was running around "helping", the person who really stood out was the driver who made sure that everyone took care with our things and directed them the best way to bring the bigger things into the house without breaking anything. Even though he still had a long trip ahead of him before he could head home, he was friendly and helpful.
