Let's see who will respond!

I can't even hold count of how many times i received bad service from these guys! They just don't care!

I've recently booked in my car for 60 000km service. They said the car will be ready the same day and they will phone me IMMEDIATELY when the car is ready for collection. I should have know from the start that this won't happen, I needed to phone them to ask the status of my vehicle??? I know that no one will respond to this, but I think it is time that the local newspapers do something about this.

When is this going to stop???
