I have been trying to book my Vehicle for its 80000 service for 1 and a half months now.
They could only help me in August, in the meantime my kilomiters is now over the max kilometers allowed.
I went there twice and phoned 3 times, they are always fully booked and cant give me a vehicle to use, I work in Kyalami and now and a again I go to Durban.
I booked my sevice with Ford Midrand in the meantime, but now I have lost my Warranty because of Ford Vereeniging.
Thank you Ford Fury, and Ford Vereeniging will never see me again.
Everytime I phone they put me through to someone else and the phone gets cut off.
With Ford Fury they helped me immediately and asked me what time suits me, unlike Ford Vereeniging that cant even help me over the phone, nor face to face.
I am very dissapointed and will never buy a Ford in Vereeniging again.
I can actually feel that my car was serviced, and Ford Fury gives you a complete Vehicle Report Card, unlike Ford Vereeniging that cant give you anything.
