Poor service delivery

My car was in for a service at McCarthy VW Silverlakes, after I collected my car and on my way home I realized that they did not wash my car properly and that my handbrake was not adjusted? When a lady from VW phoned the following day to ask if I was happy with the service of my car, I replied no and gave her my reasons, whereby she replied in saying that they have received complaints about the car wash, she also said that they are making use of an outsource company and that they (McCarthy VW) have nothing to do with the washing of the cars, in reply to the handbrake, she said that she will ask the service advisor and get back to me, I am still waiting!
This is very concerning as a big company like VW have a no- care attitude!
