Empty Promises

I had a vehicle accident and MiWay Insurnace was sterling with their service to me.
They utilise SOLELY the services of AVIS for car rental services. Upon my arrival at AVIS I was politely dealt with by Rebecca (Consultant) who handed the vehicle (TOYOTA - ETIOS) to me. At that point, i indictaed to her if she could find out for me what the cost to top up the vehicle from a Toyota to a more comfortable vehicle woudl be and also availability, she promised that I would receive an email later that afternoon.
The following day, whilst driving around to appointments, I spent most of my trip trying to figure out how to set the balance and fade of the radio and at this point discovered that the radio only plays through the front right hand dasboard speaker, most annoying and frustrating. That afternoon it rained and I was endangered by the fact that the windshield wipers streaked badly and didn't clean the windscreen properly.
I called through to AVIS, but alas, their office was closed and Rebecca would only be available the following morning. I called the next morning and she indicated to me that she had nothing available to me, at least until the... not enough space to write my story...
