Stuck vehicle replaced in record time

My rental vehicle had some electrical problems and I called the Avis help line. Themba answered the call and within 1 hour the Avis team was there with a replacement vehicle and a truck to tow the vehicle away. The 2 gentlemen who came with the replacement vehicle and truck were very apologetic but put me at ease. Very efficient and excellent customer service from the call center & the men who were called out to me.
