Since January, still waiting

Following my 3 previous complaints, I am still waiting for my car. More promises. More. Now the story is that the bumper has been fixed but the windscreen has not. Yet I was told back in February that the windscreen was finished. They told me that while they were waiting for the parts they had the windscreen changed.

I was told my car will be ready for pick up on Friday. I phoned and it was not ready. I phone today and they say they have not started with the windscreen. What a joke Dentdoctor is. A complete joke. Poor service. Poor management. Just a nightmare of an experience. I really regret ever dealing with Dentdoctor.
