DON'T USE DENTDOCTOR - EVER!!!

I wrote a report on 13 February about my car which went in the 2nd week of January for bumper repairs. My car is still not back yet. I was promised the car end of January, which never happened. Then mid February, which never happened. Upon investigation I was told they had forgotten to order the bumper. What a joke!

Then I was promised end February. When I phoned I was told that the bumper has been fixed and that they are waiting for fog a fog light cover. I went to see for myself. You guessed it! NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE ON MY CAR!

My courtesy car period has expired. Now I have no transport. AND DENT DOCTOR PEOPLE ARE LIARS. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE. Their workshop is overloaded with cars. They have taken more than they can handle because of GREED and now they cannot deliver.

DENT DOCTOR MIDRAND SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN. It adds no value, just frustration. It is a perfect example of how a business should not be run. I hope the franchise owners can close these guys down because they are ruining the reputation of Dent Doctor nation wide.

I REGRET EVER USING DENT DOCTOR. DON'T USE THEM - EVER. I will write complaints about Dent Doctor every 5 days until I get my car back.
