Waiting 4 months for repairs

I'm now waiting 4 months for my vehicle to be repaired! Week after week they promise me next week. And even after my own visits to go see what the progress was I would find that nothing has happened. 1 month ago they said that all the parts were finally there! My first promised date was 06 Feb 13, we are sitting at 15 March and still no car! Eventually I logged a complaint at BMW SA for some assistance... hahahaha, what a joke, they care even less. My next step now will be to get legal assistance to remove my car from their workshop and get someone competent to complete the works.
I've always enjoyed my BMW experience. Thank you for ruining a lifetime relationship.
