I took my vehicle to MW Club Motors Randburg for a quotation on the 8th of January 2013. I received the quotation the next day but when it came to booking my car for repairs, I received no call for a month. I then called the manager (Quintin Bannister) in February, he told me they have an opening in March and that someone from MW Club Motors Randburg will give me a call to book in my car. 2 weeks passed without a call. When I called them again to enquire about the book-in date, I was told they have an opening on the 22nd of April. I received no sms or email to confirm the date. I took in my car on on the 22nd and it was booked and this morning I received a call from them only to be told the part required to repair the car was not ordered and I'll have to fetch my car and bring it back a month later. This has to be the worst service experience I've ever had. I wouldn't advise anyone to take their vehicle there ever!
