Very bad service

After dropping of my BMW X3 to get a quote for the damaged sun-roof (which was promised by Patrick to work like a drive-thru) I had to keep on phoning just to get the quote.
given them the go-ahead (7-12 days lead-time), I had again to follow up in the 3rd week since their was feedback at all, just to get informed that Germany is far away and it will take longer (no exact date, nothing).
We kept on asking via emails when I can finally inspect my car again without any feedback (only read-report of emails).
the manager of the place is from the same help as his staff. no feedback. when you ask eventually for someones contact-details who might care, yo get again only the read-report. I haven't been treated with such ignorance at any place so far.
Last but not least I got a sms from the "Repair Centre General Manager" (must be a big shot), thanking me for the feedback provided during the follow-up calls. they never talked to me. the job was carried out ok but the service is rotten up to the top. what a painful experience.
