WORST SERVICE EVER!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!

I requested a quotation from a bunch of removal companies and Unishaun Logistics came back to me with a quotation. I did not have a direct address at the time but used a street name in the town I was relocating to, I later verified the direct address with Yolanda from Unishaun. I signed all the legally binding documents and clearly stated the delivery address twice on the documentation. I scanned and emailed the documents back to Yolanda and accepted the quotation. I made payment the day before they were to collect due to them changing the collection date 3 times. Never once did I change the delivery town from day one (like I would be confused about where I was moving), they then contacted me wanting to deliver in a town a 120km away. They accussed me of not knowing where I was moving to and insisted I pay more. Most of my things have been broken or damaged and they never even had an inventory list upon delivery. This has been the worst experience for me. I would recommend that people steer clear of Unishaun Logistics. They are incompetent and. I am yet to discover more damaged items or even missing. WORST COMPANY EVER! I will prevail with legal action against them!
