Firstly i am disgusted that i have yet to receive feedback from my previous complaint from VW. Thanks for that... secondly, my dad and i went to the toti VW dealership after being informed by the salesman Alfred that there was a toffee brown Tiguan. When we arrived, Alfred informed us that the toffee brown was in storage. After that we were then shown another Tiguan on the premises, and to our dismay we could not take it for a test drive as there was no petrol in it. Lastly, the toti dealership offered us R20 000 less for a trade in on our vehicle then we were offered from the pinetown n pine street dealership. I DEMAND A PHONE CALL SO I CAN FURTHER VENT MY FRUSTRATION WITH REGARDS TO THIS MATTER!!!
