Lack of initiative

My dad is in the process of purchasing a tiguan. We had visited the branch in Pine steet in Durban. We were assisted by a guy named Zubair. After getting somebody to do an assessment on our current car, Zubair was "called into a meeting by the dealership principal". Without excusing himself, we were left sitting for 15 minutes. That was about a month ago, and we are no closer in getting the car we desire. Also, what confuses me is that we have been to three other VW dealerships and i have seen a price difference of about R15000, with the same specifications. Another thing is that each dealership comes with their own excuse as to why there is such a delay. I honestly feel we are being given the run around by your incompetent sales people, and if this is the service we are receiving pre sale... i can only imagine what the service we will receive post sale!!!
