No assistance at all!

Hi, we have purchased a vehicle 3 weeks ago. The dealership has promised me a refund on tyres as one blew on the way home from the dealership and the other ran flat at the tyre replacement centre. They are now refusing to refund me after the dealer principle agreed to due to faults on the trade in. They kept promising the delivery of license and reg but I have not received this. Tomorrow the temp license expires. Alfred Vuso has been dealing with the complaint has only sent an email and still awaiting feedback for three weeks now. The Clientel Legal website states that one would get superior lawyer quality. We are emailing the dealership with no response, we have called Clientele Legal to complain and keep getting the same response that they will check with Alfred and get back to us but nothing happens. this is very frustrating considering that we are paying on a monthly basis for "Superior Lawyer Quality". I have now found out that one of the rims on the car has a crack abd had to email the dealership, with no response Alfred has been cc'd but has not responded.
