Service done on my car but found faults soon afte

I had taken my 2007 yaris for a scheduled service on 01-02-2013 to me it seemed as if nothing was done because as per previous services a huge difference could be felt upon recieving my car. i have found that my shocks where leaking oil plus my clutch is making a funny noise. i feel that all of this could have been picked up when the car was given for service. i was not even given a breakdown of what was done to my car on the 01-02-2013 and i was charged R800 for that specific service.
