Unfortunately 1200 characters isnt even enough to explain the problems in 1 month out of 10 of the most horrific i have ever experienced. so here is an attempt at a brief summary. Bought Kia sorento from Kia roodepoort with NEW factory fitted engine, after almost 6 months of these 10 it has spend in a Kia workshop standing waiting for authorisation for job cards and for spares. during these "repairs" we were left with no vehicle barring 1 occasion when they took the car back to try fix it in their own workshops due to miss trust of my local branch. the vehicle was then returned with exactly the same fault and broke down the same day it was returned to us where it now has stood for almost 5 weeks once again leaving us with no vehicle. the engine was discovered to be a rebuild and not new. they agree to take the vehicle back and tell me i am free to look for another car. dring this i discover i cannot get finance until the current vehicle finance is settled. then i get told 3 weeks later that they wont pay me back my deposit or any of the finance i have already paid but they will settle whats owing to the bank. so i get out of R45000 for a vehicle we have had no use out of!
