Still waiting a year later

I took my ford bantam bakkie to Active Auto Tune situated at Village Motors in Brackenhurst, Alberton for repairs on or about 4 September 2012. The engine was to be replaced. I paid R19, 000 for the repairs. Since the vehicle was returned to me I have returned it on at least 10 occassions as the engine was faulty and it has never run properly since the "replacement" of the engine. The last time I returned the vehicle was on 08 July 2013 and Mr Dodds has promised me the vehicle back on the following friday of every week since. It is now a year later and I still don't have my vehicle back and Mr Dodds appears to have no regard for the fact that this is a buiness vehicle and as a result of his bad service and inaction I am suffering loss of earnings.
