A package of important documents were posted from johannesburg to me. postnet delivered them to the wrong address and now theyve disappeared. Mr Hyde from postnet refuses to do anything about the issue or compensate me for my lost. All he can say is get copies from where ever Why MUST I spend days and money
DOING SO IF THEY DELIVERED THE PARCEL TO THE WRONG ADDRESS
