PostNet SA
It's Been 8 Months!

In March a postnet driver my iPad which he was supposed to deliver to me (pn6272135). Instead he brought an empty box. I followed up on this matter till i got tired. The red tape was ridiculous. I don't kow if this is postnet's way of avoiding paying back what their employees or what but up to know i have to heard from postnet or their delivery agent! I tried following up and they say they need the serial number of the ipad. How am i supposed to have it when your driver the boxed ipad, the two places i would have found the serial number?
Part of the response i got from Dawid of postnet read:
"As explained by Ron of PostNet Sunninghill, the sender declined to insure the shipment against loss. As all shipments are automatically insured for R1 000.00, Ron will arrange to have the amount paid."
But up to now, 8 Months later, still no response!!
Postnet are nothing but in my opinion and you people will use your corporate power to rob poor people!
