NB NB Careful. Take money. Don't Deliver

Be very careful before you use this company. They require an upfront payment. Are inflexible and do not stick to the agreement and then don't complete the service, while refusing to give your money back. And when you try to contact them there phone number either just rings and goes to voicemail and they do not phone back. It looks like as the amounts are small that they assume that nobody would try to get their money back. We booked them for 08:30 to 12:30 and they arrived at the collection point at 07:30. We advised them it is too early, and as we were not ready for them they will need to reschedule. They were then not available to make any arrangements until 11:00 at which time we sent an email. Ultimately we had to get another mover and are still stuggling to get our money out of them.
