Be careful of OOBA

Be careful of OOBA!!! A year ago I obtained a bond with FNB and insurance with OOBA. Unbeknownst to me both OOBA and FNB have been deducting separate payments from my account for the same building. When this was brought to my attention OOBA declared it was not their fault and I had to write letters and fight with FNB to get my money back. After asking to speak to the CEO (which is my right as a consumer according to the CPA) I was transferred to an arrogant manager and then started receiving threatening SMS messages from them.
You would think this is reputable company but they are not!!
These things should have been checked beforehand and a double debit for more than a year should never have happened. The fact that I now have to beg to get my money back is!!! I want a call from the CEO telling me when I can expect my refund for the money they double debited or at least to tell me him/herself that they are not going to refund me so I can start legal action.
Please be vigilant before doing business with this company.
