Took money but services never rendered

I paid this business R1020.00 on 10 Sep 2012 for deregistration of a motor vehicle, however after about two weeks when I started to inquire about the papers they were full of excuses why it was not done yet. I eventually did the job myself and then wanted my money back - each time I visited they had another story, they even took my banking details and promised the money would be paid in the next day. To date I have not received any payment from them. I then decided to claim the amount back through the small claims court - the day the summons was delivered by the sheriff their advertisement board in front of the house disappeared. I will however see them in court in June 2013. Be very careful with this business - they take your money and does not deliver at all.
