Whatever leadtime they tell you - double it!!

I was caught in a hailstorm in Benoni in November last year. My insurers' assessors insisted my car be sent to Denttech who could only book it in on 13 February. They told me 10 - 15 working days. I am only receiving my vehicle from them on Wednesday afternoon 20 WORKING DAYS LATER!!! I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT A CAR FOR 20 WORKING DAYS!!! DO YOU KNOW HOW FRUSTRATING THAT IS!!! If they had told me 20 working days from the word go, i would've accepted that and dealt with it. When I called them to find out whats happening, they told me the same story for a whole week, but not the truth about waiting for parts from the supplier! Eventually i called the Manager before 9am today, who didn't even bother to phone me back - i had to reach him on his cell phone at about 4pm because he had already left for the day!! I am a very very very unhappy client and will NEVER EVER refer or use them again, even if my insurance insists on it - i would rather change insurance!!!
