Unprofessional service, phone has not been fixed

I would like to complain about the service I have received from CallSure/ Finrite Insurance.
2 weeks ago I claimed for water damage. After being told I actually was not insured because they did not update my banking details properly and just did not bother to make sure it was correct, I complained until that was sorted out. The consultants I dealt with were useless and all kept on telling me different stories.

I complained to the manager, George, who took his time phoning me back. Even after leaving numerous messages for George he just did not bother to phone me back. Rather he left it up to his consultants who do not know what they are talking about. Then I was told I need to wait 4 working days - after waiting 4 days my phone was eventually fetched. After waiting a week (not 4 days) my phone was brought back to me and I was disappointed to find out that it had in fact not been fixed and needed to be sent back.

I am not prepared to wait another week for my phone to be fixed and I am disgusted with this company's unprofessionalism and will not be continuing my insurance policy with them. I recommend that whoever is thinking about taking out a policy with them rethink it!
