ITS NOT WORTH WHAT I AM PAYING

Outgh a polo vivo 31/12/12, few days later the wording "POLO VIVO" falls off, 2 weeks later, one light at the back full of water, two months later took is for service and got charged R2071.00 (AFTER doing /- 2000), same day rear boot not closing, did a bit of investigation only to find out tht the car was re sprayed and its boot is still not linning up with the body of the car. took it to NNT EL and explained my findings, I was asked to leave the keys (with not even a single person asking me to show them what i was talking about) so they could investigate, on my return only to find out the car has been fixed but still could not get the answers on what happened to this car and very upset about the fixing i was told by the manager to jst leave the keys they will undo the fixing and by monday i should get it on the state of condition it was so that i can be happy. still without a car up utill now after buying a R135000 car in jst 2 months now am walking everyday... how do handle such a situation.
