False Advertising and blames strikes

Currently on the radio and in the post office they are advertising a special of R63, but when we wanted to send an item, they said they cannot guarantee that your stuff will get there and also they want us to pay full standard price.

This is unacceptable, how can you run an advert for a special which is for a specific period and then when people want to utilize it you say sorry we can't help you, because of the strike you will need to pay the normal price.
