OVER-NIGHT COURIER SERVICES TAKING 4 DAYS

On Thursday, 18 July 2013, I posted two parcels from Post net Wonderboom-Junction. One was to Parklands, in Cape Town and I paid R175 to have it couriered over night and they told me the parcel will be delivered at 11h00 the next day. It is now 12H30 Monday, 22 June and the parcel has still not been delivered. I also paid R295 for a letter to be delivered over night by courier services to Mmabatho and that has also not been delivered yet.
It is an obvious waste of money to pay so much for specifically over night services and then 4 days later, the parcels are still not delivered.
