Three months ago i had my car serviced at umhlanga volkswagen ..After a routine cambelt. replacement. Multiple problems arose. Be very careful of this dealership they do not mind compromising the safety of their costumers. Thou i made complaints about the service non of the faults were removed. I am not sure whether it is an issue of lack of skill or lack of care. I bought a new car last month. The experience i had with this dealership prevented me from buying another vw. I still have my vw polo but i am extremely disappointed and frustrated. Having spent just under four thousand just for a cambelt change i still however have no peace of mind. Up to date issues are not resolved. It is dealerships like these who destroy and discredit the brand.
